Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using YXEO, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. "YXEO" means the platform operated by YXEO.eu.

2. The service

YXEO provides software tools that allow businesses ("Businesses") to manage appointments and allow their customers ("Customers") to book appointments. YXEO is a platform intermediary — the contract for any appointment is between the Business and the Customer.

3. Accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must not share your account or use another person's account.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload malicious code or attempt to interfere with the service.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content without permission.
• Use automated means to make bookings beyond normal use.

5. Payment and subscription

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, who acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles invoicing, VAT collection, and refunds on our behalf. All paid plans include a 30-day free trial — no charge is made until the trial ends. You may cancel at any time through Settings → Billing. For refund requests, see our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property

YXEO and its content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host and process your data to provide the service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Lithuanian and EU law, YXEO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania, unless EU consumer law gives you the right to use courts in your country of residence.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will give at least 30 days notice for material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
